The floral arrangement looked nothing like the photo. I will look for another floral shop in the future. Lucy promptly reached out and was able to rectify the situation. I am satisfied with the solution.

I love this flower shop! They make the most beautiful floral arrangements. My friend loved the gesture. I recently went through a medical issue and I have been sending flowers at flower shops all over the country. This is hands down the BEST one. You and your loved ones will not be disappointed.
